To proceed with onboarding and ensure compliance for project work, all installation partners must provide the following documentation:
W9
Certificate of Insurance
Licenses
Provide W-9 for your company
Must match the legal entity receiving payment
Provide a current COI showing:
General Liability Insurance
Workers’ Compensation Insurance (or exemption, if applicable)
Terra Solar U.S., LLC must be listed as Additional Insured on the General Liability policy
COI must include active policy dates and coverage detail
Provide all applicable and active state and local licenses required to perform installation work
Includes electrical and/or contractor licenses as applicable
